Quality built into delivery
Controls are selected according to the individual product and project requirement — from specification review through to delivery documentation and traceability.
Nine checkpoints, selected to the requirement.
- 01
Specification review
Requirements are reviewed before sourcing and fulfilment begins.
- 02
Supplier & material verification
Relevant supplier documentation and product specifications can be checked against the requirement.
- 03
Incoming checks
Materials can be checked for quantity, condition and applicable specification criteria.
- 04
Controlled preparation
Where Resource Ready prepares or packs a product, repeatable processes and defined checks are used.
- 05
Quality verification
Depending on the product, checks may include quantity, weight, dimensions, material condition, moisture, packaging and labelling.
- 06
Packing & dispatch
Orders are checked before release for delivery.
- 07
Delivery documentation
Relevant dispatch and delivery records are maintained.
- 08
Non-conformance
Items identified as outside the applicable requirement can be isolated, corrected or replaced prior to delivery.
- 09
Traceability
Batch, quantity, supplier and delivery information can be documented where appropriate to the requirement.
Documentation available when a job calls for it.
A weekend order of a few bags doesn't need paperwork — but for larger, ongoing or contract supply, relevant records can be provided, tailored to what the job actually needs.
- Requirement / Order Record
- Supplier Documentation
- Incoming Material Check
- Production / Preparation Batch Record
- Quantity Verification
- Weight Verification Log
- Moisture Record, where applicable
- Packing Checklist
- Dispatch Record
- Delivery Docket
- Non-Conformance Record
Contingency & continuity
Planning for the requirement to still be met when the first option isn't available.
- Alternate suppliers — more than one sourcing option identified where practical.
- Material availability — checked ahead of committing to a timeframe.
- Transport alternatives — options considered for delivery constraints.
- Staged fulfilment — capacity matched to the requirement, scaled where appropriate.
- Pre-event planning — preparation ahead of known peak-demand periods, such as severe weather.
